Welcome to BublHub. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our platform.
By creating an account or using BublHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What BublHub does
BublHub is a platform for discovering events, using organiser tools, accessing communities, and using related digital features.
Unless we clearly say otherwise, BublHub is the platform provider only. The organiser is responsible for the event itself, including its accuracy, safety, and delivery.
Age rules
BublHub has two access levels:
- Ages 13 to 17: limited account access only
- Ages 18+: full platform access
Users aged 13 to 17 can browse events, view organiser and event information, send event questions to organisers, and hold free tickets where allowed.
Users aged 13 to 17 cannot buy paid tickets, join communities, access team spaces, create organiser accounts, host events, receive payouts, or use business tools.
You must give accurate age information. We may restrict or remove accounts if age information is false or cannot be verified where verification is reasonably required.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and your information accurate.
You must not impersonate others, use false information, misuse the platform, or use BublHub for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Organiser accounts
Only users aged 18 or over may create organiser accounts.
Organisers must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws, venue rules, and platform requirements. We may refuse or remove organiser access where verification fails or where there is fraud, abuse, safety risk, or a breach of our rules.
Events and tickets
Organisers are responsible for their event listings and event conduct.
Only users aged 18 or over may buy paid tickets. Users aged 13 to 17 may hold free tickets where allowed.
For non-cancelled events, the organiser decides whether a refund is approved. If approved, BublHub may process the refund.
If an event is cancelled, tickets will generally be automatically refunded where applicable.
BublHub may suspend sales, void tickets, refuse transactions, or issue refunds where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Communities, teams, and messaging
Community and team features are subject to eligibility and role restrictions.
BublHub does not offer a general open private 1:1 messaging service. Messaging features are limited to event questions to organisers and authorised team communications.
Content and conduct
You keep ownership of content you upload, but you give BublHub permission to host, display, and use it as needed to operate the platform.
You must follow our Acceptable Use and Community Rules. We may review reports and take action including removing content, restricting access, suspending accounts, or removing organiser privileges.
Liability
BublHub is provided on an as available basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that events or content will always be accurate or available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
