BublHub’s role
BublHub provides the platform and digital ticketing functionality. Unless we clearly say otherwise, BublHub is not the organiser of the event.
Paid tickets
Only users aged 18 or over may buy paid tickets through BublHub.
Free tickets
Users aged 13 to 17 may hold free tickets where the feature is available and permitted.
Refunds for non-cancelled events
For non-cancelled events, the organiser decides whether a refund request is approved. If approved, BublHub may process the refund.
Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled, tickets will generally be automatically refunded where applicable.
BublHub intervention
BublHub may suspend sales, void tickets, refuse transactions, delay actions, or issue refunds where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, chargeback risk, safety, legal compliance, or enforcement of our rules.
Timing
Refund timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
